Office for citzen information (OAC)

We have an aproved proposal for the Office for Citizen Information, here is the presentation.

Finally the concept lost some of the shape, but still has all the conceptual elements we were working with (put in the same level administration and citizens, control fluxes with furniture, give a back to the workers...)
